The Overstuffed Renovation Bin on a Rainy Deadline
The Challenge
We got the call from a contractor on a tight-turnaround student housing renovation in the Bee Creek area. They'd crammed a 20-yard bin with old drywall and carpet, and a hard rain was forecast for the next morning. The bin was so full the lid wouldn't close, leaving a soggy, moldy mess exposed right by the building entrance. If we didn't get it swapped fast, the whole crew's schedule would be wrecked and the site would turn into a muddy disaster zone.
The Result
I sent our driver out that same afternoon with a fresh 30-yard container. He had to navigate some tight back-alley access, but he managed the swap without scraping a single fence post. We hauled the overloaded bin away before the first drop fell. The contractor texted us that night saying his guys were back on track for their interior finish work, completely dry and on schedule.
You guys showing up when you did saved our bacon and kept the rain out of our project.
Mike, General Contractor
